• keeping the practice of developing opinions and having discussions around ideas and concepts rather than facts and numbers alive, 

• always improving my writing and the way I communicate,

• taking an interest in learning about digital marketing on an ad-hoc basis,

• using the 1hr20 mins I spend commuting to and from work each day more constructively
